A-PRO Caregivers & Nannies provide Clients with:

• Candidate references in the field of childcare, eldercare, other employment, and/or personal references.
• Candidates who are Canadian citizens or who are legally authorized to work in Canada.
• An opportunity to obtain a security investigation on local candidates, which includes:  1. criminal records in localities in which the candidate has resided for a specific number of years 2. ICBC Driver's Abstract
• A written agreement between the agency and the Client which defines agency services and specifies the agency's fee and refund and/or replacement policy.
• An agreement which defines the working conditions to be negotiated between the candidate and the employer.

• Information regarding local, provincial, and federal requirements for employers of in-home caregivers, or referral to an appropriate source for such information.

My name is EL APOSTOL - Owner and Manager of A-PRO Caregivers & Nannies Inc.  We are a licensed employment agency duly registered with the Ministry of Labour & Skills of British Columbia and Human Resources Development Canada - authorized to place nannies/caregivers under the Live-in Caregiver Program of Citizenship Immigration Canada.

I operate this agency, being personally involved in all placements from start to finish.  We support both caregivers and families in anyway that will provide a happy and successful relationship.
